After scheduling your first visit online, you will receive a link to complete a comprehensive intake form. Please complete this before your appointment so we can make the most of your time together.
Before Your First Visit
At Your First Visit
Your first visit is approximately 40 minutes. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Your visit will be one-on-one with Dr. Quiroz and will include a thorough review of your health history and a physical examination. In almost all cases, you will be adjusted on your first visit. * Your adjustment may also be accompanied by soft tissue therapy and/or corrective exercises. Dr. Quiroz will discuss her findings and recommendations for your care at the end of your visit.
* If additional testing such as X-rays is needed prior to your adjustment, Dr. Quiroz will discuss this with you.
Our goal is to help you return to the activities that matter most. Dr. Quiroz tailors care to your unique history, lifestyle, and goals — with regular re-evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed. We focus on short-term, goal-oriented care while empowering patients to take an active role in their health. For those who benefit from ongoing wellness care, we offer two visit types: a standard adjustment-focused visit or an extended visit that may include soft tissue therapy and corrective exercises. All visits are pay-per-visit — no packages, no contracts
